1. Is the magazine subscription open to everyone?
The magazine subscription by Shoppink Room is open to everyone residing in SINGAPORE. Mailing address can be a home address, office’s address or even a salon’s address.
2. Are there any other charges on top of the subscription fees?
No. There are no additional charges. All delivery fees & handling fees are inclusive in the subscription fees as listed.
3 . What are the payment methods available for the magazine subscriptions?
*Coming soon* Online: PayPal, bank transfer.
In-store: Cash, Nets, cheque.
4. What are the delivery modes available?
(1) Normal Mail within Singapore
(2) Registered Mail within Singapore
(3) Self-collection at Shoppink Room @IP
5. How do I know if my subscription is successful?
You will receive an email acknowledgement once your payment has been processed.
6. When will I receive my first issue?
You will receive the next upcoming issue after your subscription has been approved.
7. Will I receive any reminder letter nearing the expiry date of my subscription?
You will receive our renewal email approximately 1 month before your subscription expires.
8. What happens if I need to go overseas?
Just let us know 5 working days in advance on your stop and resume dates (minimum 3 working days), and we can do a temporary suspension of your subscription.
9. What happens if I need to change my delivery address?
Inform us as soon as possible on the change of delivery address so as not to disrupt your service.
10. Can I change my magazine subscription?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the subscription to avoid delays and confusion.
